A 25% deposit is required to open a layaway. The remaining balance of 4 equal payments due on the 15th until paid. Layaways over 120 days with no activity will be subject to an accounting fee of 20% per month. Cancellation of layaway where product has been ordered or allocated for customer will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee plus any shipping charges incurred to bring in or return allocated products,. Balance remaining after restock fee and any shipping charges will be refunded by check to the person on the account. Check request must be signed off on by the store manager & general manager. Checks are issued once a week. Deposits on custom build products are not refundable. Custom build parts must be paid in full before the order is placed with the manufacturer.
